M5000 Application Locked

Hi I am trying to install Tom Tom French maps cab files on the storage card onto my M5000. The install starts but then fails becuase I think the unit is application locked. I get the message saying that click yes if the program is from a trusted source etc. Does anyone know how to unlock the M5000....... cheers
