Guest RSkillz Posted June 21, 2006 Report Posted June 21, 2006 Hi all, I was wondering if it's possible to config my desktop pc as AD2P headphones? This way I could play my music from my Tornado to my Desktop PC at work. I know I could just copy the files, but this would be a nice way to show off :)

Tried using a bluetooth stack (on the PC) that supports AD2P, the phones sees a stereo device but won't connect to it. Maybe it just doesn't work????

Hey, same here :) I've been trying with Widcomm's 5.1.0.1100 bluetooth stack, but no luck so far. It connects for about 1 second and it drops again
Guest thenext1 Posted June 27, 2006 Report Posted June 27, 2006 You can try the bluesoleil bluetooth stack (google it). Unfortunately it will function in demo mode with the majority of the bt sticks, but my notebook came with a bluesoleil-enabled stick and I can use it full-fledged. It works fine, Bluesoleil is also more kind & nice than widcomm, but there are some black spots for me, in its way of functioning.... For example, I haven't found a way to disconnect the headphones without disabling bluetooth. I also couldn't connect to them from the phone, it would do nothing when I chose "use as wireless stereo". The only way was initiating the connection from the pc, but my Sp5m would ask every time to add the PC to the device list even if it's already there and correctly configured (and insert his name, and select services, etc....)
