C550 start menu problem

hello there, I did something stupid, and I dont know how to repair it.

I got a orange c550. I've put some thing in the start menu, but deleted 2 neccesary start menu maps incl items. I only remember that one of them was accesoires. Does anyone know how to reset the start menu items without losing all my contacts and stuff?

attach your mobile to your computer, sync all your contacts using active sync and outlook express provied in your devices box

oh yh and then hard reset your device
