wm5 and multiple sync targets

i've switched from t-mobile sda to qtek 8310 and everything does look much better but...

i cannot seem to make one thing happen:

how to sync a wm5 device with two different pc's (at home and at work) using SAME objects?

activesync allows me to establish a relationship with both and select items which will be synced, but i cannot select same item for both relationships (for example, contacts).

(activesync pops up an error 'this item is already in sync with ....')

this used to work perfectly with wm2003 using any activesync 3.6-4.2b and doesn't work at all with wm5.

am i missing something?
