Why sniper don't start

I try sniper in 3 different device:

IPAQ 1940 OP windows CE 4.20

IPAQ 5550 OP windows CE 4.20

Xda II OP windows mobile second edition,

But the error message is the same: unsupported blue tooth stack

Please halp me

Sniper needs the MS Bluetooth Stack to work. Seems that your devices use another Bluetooth stack. -> Sniper wont work on your devices.
