Ringtones & SMS

Cant seem to get any different mp3 or wav ringtones/SMS Tones workin on my C600 (Flashed with HTC IMate Rom).

Do they need to be a certain format ie. mp3 or wav, and in a certain place?

Ive uploaded them into Main Storage - My Music.

/application Data/Sounds :)

you can also put them in storage card/my documents
