Guest B Low Posted June 23, 2006 Report Posted June 23, 2006 I'm looking for a way to make a plugin layer unselectable under certain conditions, but selectable under others. For instance, for the Missed Calls plugin, if state="nocalls", I still want the count visible, just not selectable. Otherwise, the layer can be selected and allow for the action to view the call history. Is this at all possible? TIA!

Sorry, nice idea put I don't think it is :) You could just use an image of the count, eg. saying missed calls=0 and then when you receive one, the plugin really shows - that'd have the same effect.

Duh - I was overlooking the obvious solution. It's not perfect, but it could work well enough for my needs, assuming the count display will display on top of the bg image.
