how to convert real player movie to anything?

Hi All

Just wondering if anyone has a successful (preferably free :) ) method of converting real player movies (.rm) to any other format like .wmv or .avi etc?

I've a fair few southpark episodes in real format I'd like to be able to convert to watch on me phone.

I can't sort you out with an actual link while I'm mobile but just try Googling 'rm+converter' and you should get a range of freeware options.

I seem to recall something called alltoavi or something like that was a good one.

thanks for the reply Stu, I had checked google but couldn't find a free app (all free to download but limited to watermarked or 5 mins until you registered :) )

I'm in the middle of trying "rm converter", it puts a watermark on the file but is only $20 to buy if the vid comes out well. I hate using my credit card on any on any old site though.

I'll let you know if its any good, if you think of a free app let me know ;)
