SmartWorkout is an application that will allow you to keep track of anything fitness wise about yourself. At the moment this is a work in progress and this is the first version. The current version can do the following:

Current Features:

* Calculates Body Mass Index

* Calculates Basal Metabolic Rate

* Calculates Body Fat

* Calculates Target Heart Rate

* Allows Inputting of Weight Collected overtime and storage of it in

XML file.

* Uses Metric System only

When trying to install, it aborts saying "... invalid setup file".

I've dl'ed it two times so I guess it aint a corrupt dl.

Im also gettiing the same error would really like to give this a go as well

Are you guys using Window Mobile 2003. I have tried the installer on my own smartphone and it works fine. I have attached the cab file to see if you guys can install it with that. Let me know. I guess I need to play with the exe files better unless anyone else has gotten it working.

I guess I need to go back to the drawing board when it comes to the exe file installer. I thought I had it down pat. Oh well just have to keep on experimenting.

I wouldn't say I have abandoned it. I would like some advise on some features people would like added. Also I am thinking of doing a pocket pc version would anyone like that kind of thing?
