Guest gyro Posted June 26, 2006 Report Posted June 26, 2006 Hey i have tomtom mobile 5.2 on my spv c600 and i was just wondering if it possible to send the directions which it calls out to a bluetooth headset, instead of just the loudspeaker on the handset. Its just that this way its easier to have music/radio on as well and still hear where ur going Thanks
Guest gyro Posted June 28, 2006 Report Posted June 28, 2006 aargh, this is weird, i managed to get it working over my bluetooth headset for a second but then it switches back to the phone...so it definitely IS possible. Basically, when i press the answer call/activate speed dial button while tomtom is reading out a direction, it will switch the sound to the headset for that command only and then switch it back to the phones loudspeaker from there on. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, can anyone tell me how i can get the tomtom sound coming through my bluetooth headset all the time?
Guest Qtek8310 Posted June 28, 2006 Report Posted June 28, 2006 (edited) This aplication works great for me. I don't remember who made it, so no credits for me, but for the programmer! Just put the 3 files somewhere on your phone and add a speed dial to it. ToggleON will send all audio to the connecte BT headset, including tomtom and mp3 / video. ToggleOFF will let your phone work normal again. Enjoy it! EDIT: I found the topic where I get it from: http://www.modaco.com/Simple-Bluetooth-Tog...App-t99493.htmlBTAudioOtherToggleApp.rar Edited June 28, 2006 by Qtek8310

Guest Twilight.Cruiser Posted June 29, 2006 Report Posted June 29, 2006 Thanks a lot dude! at work at the moment but will give it a whirl tonight. An amazing program if it works well :)Hi Gyro, you also can watch out for BlueTunes or BTaudio. Just google or even search the modaco forums for them! :) Both are doing a reliably job you want them to on my WM5SP! ;) I've still written something about the differences & kind of behaviour/work of these two little apps in the modaco BlueTunes topic a few days ago. Hope this will help you to solve your problem... - good luck! :D
