How do I control the time a daily pop3 account sync occurs?

The last page of the email settings wizard has an option to set the sync to be hourly, every six hours, etc.

How do I set the time that it synchronises so that I can arrange for the wifi to be on?

No way that I'm aware of...but that would be a cool tweak.

I made an xBar macro to do it. I hate relying on automated button pushes but I didn't know any other way.
