C500 Dont start Only IV BUILD Screen!

Dear people, I Have a problem!

Sorry for my bad english!

I am in possession of 2 Orange SPV c500's and one of them didnt work! (I bought them on the Internet) I used one for a week and then I changed the cover's because other was unharmed. Now I got a screen "IV BUILD Test Only". After investigation on Internet I did a hard reset, after this I've got the same "IV BUILD Test Only"! The next day I pressed all the buttons and I got in to Windows. But in English. Everything did it, I could ring etc.. Then I tried to update with Activesync.This seemd to work out, only after a time the proces still stood on 0%. And connection faild.Frequently i tried to update but this did'nt succeed. The English version of windows also no longer works. The next day i went to the shop. There they said that it wil cost about 80 euro. I rather want to save this money because I think that it must be able to fix it at home.

Do someone nows the answer? Or maybe can help?
