Need help on my C550

I need serious help to my phone, I own an SPV C550 about half a year, last night, i download one 5mb short windows media clip from my pc to my phone, when i tried to convert the file name of the clips from movies.wmv to movies.mpeg, then I tried to open the files using TCPMP, nothing happen, then I think I should restart the phone in order that I can open it.

and the problem start!!!! When i tried to restart the phone it keep restarting, to explain more in details, when I push the power button, the screen appears the Orange logo with the orange colour and black colour background and it vibrate, it seems normal, then when it went to the windows mobile screen for about 1 minuite, it vibrate again, which is not usually happen, then a random words appear on the screen saying, *cannot execute autoprof.exe* or sometimes it sow *Sim failure*, then the phone restart itself and the same thing happen again and again and again,i cant push any button it useless. i dont think the problem is the SIM card coz I never remove it, I think its because of the file name that i have changed and it confuse the phone. By the way, How to hard reset the phone??

please if anyone know how to solve this problem i will really appreciate it, I cant live without it.....and one thing, i have trown away my warranty card....

Sounds an interesting problem you've got there.

Unfortunately I'm not sure I know how to fix it - other than a hard reset,
