Guest garymartincook Posted June 29, 2006 Report Posted June 29, 2006 When I connect my phone to my pc, it connects, but I cannot synchronise (the option is greyed out in the menu) and I cannot Explore. (I get a message which says "Critical communication services have failed to start, try resetting mobile device and try again") I Have tried ressetting but still does not work.

Guest roscoe141 Posted July 10, 2007 Report Posted July 10, 2007 A year late but if you're still about and read this, try removing memory card if you have one. I have a similiar problem. Removed my memory card and ended up wiped it but it got things rocking again.
