Guest jm012a9749 Posted June 29, 2006 Report Posted June 29, 2006 ok i acknowledge this is my fault but i recently took apart my c500 camera for practise when i moved it to its new camera lens i have ordered. i took it apart just fine. reassembled. switched it on and when i in into camera its just a solid green image! checked for loose connections but still nothing! anybody got any suggestions? or have i cooked it? phil

Phil

When removing the camera assembly you should poke the lense out from the outside using a cotton bud or simialr rather than pull on the ribbon connector as it is quite fragile and not attached very well to the camera CCD unit. If this is the case then the only option is replacement. Check your pm :) Richard
