I can't unlock my kepad...#key does not work!

Hi i have a really big problem that my kepad can't unlock, the hash key does not respond. I think it might be to-do with 9 way keypad thing, it flashes a yellow box round the battery indicator...i took the battery out but still comes up locked!.............something i could really do with out right now!

sorry i had to remove using active sync the 9way kepad app, and it worked....please delete this post.........sorry for rushing in to posting...but this is the best help and advice place to actually get quick responses.
