SPV C500 Not receiving messages and active sync problems

hello just really need some help.my phone is a spv c500 and is really annoying me. for a few days now it is not receiving any text messages and for a while active sync wont let me synchronise anything to me pc and says attention required to my inbox.not sure why all this happening.someones help would be much appreciated.

For Activesync delete the partnership and create a new one.

That should sort that out.

As for the SMS problem contact your network to check there is not a promlem with your account. Your network will be able to send a test message to you.
