Eten G500 or Mio A701

Looking at getting one of these as my next phone on a new contract.

Anyone got any feedback on either of these models or can you suggest another alternative - I want a PDA phone with a built in GPS receiver.

Also, any good deals about of these (expansys are heading my shorlist so far)?
