Help: homescreens for fools...

I really want to design my own homescreens for the Audiovox 5600. I have read several threads concerning the issue on MoDaCo, but I am still lost. Obviously, I know nothing about XML, etc. Is there a "program" or website (free or pay) that will basically allow you to create your own homescreens? Basically, I'm asking if there is something that will allow me to "point, click, and/or drag" pictures and text onto a template to design my own homescreen. Any direction would be helpful. Thank you.

Madbeetle's Homescreen Builder is one example. You can use the program to make homescreens (even without embedding an animation). Give it a try:
