Email on Storage Card with AKU2

I had it setup so email/SMS/etc was saved to my miniSD storage card but now with the latest AKU2 ROM loaded that trick is not working. I

Come on...no one else wants to do this or knows how? I'm constantly running out of storage space now because my Exchange box is so full and I check 2 other accounts and get lots of SMS messages. I've got to get this working! :)
