Guest finisterre Posted July 5, 2006 Report Posted July 5, 2006 Hi, I'm looking for an alternative alarm clock app for my SPV C500. I find the default one to be useless 'cos you can easily press 'dismiss' (and oversleep) whereas it's hard to find 'snooze' when you're half asleep (which is the thing that should be easiest to press). If you ask me, 'snooze' should be one keypress, and 'dismiss' should be two - why it's the other way round is beyond me. Is there any app that rectifies this? it'd also be useful to be able to change the default snooze period. Thanks.

My app has a feature that will optionally prompt you to confirm "Dismiss" keypresses in case you accidently hit dismiss instead of Snooze. And Snoozing is only a one keypress operation - my app will even unlock your keypad for you, so you only have to press one key to snooze an alert :) There is a free trial for my app here: http://www.omnisoft.com/alerts/default.asp
