Need Softwares for Spv C500

Hi all,

i recently got a new unlocked SpvC500 from UK.. i'm frm India.. well i hav been readin threads for last 3 days they r very infomative .. i hav got some very cool homescreams for da mobile too.. well i was just wonderin if any1 can tell me abt links to get softwares like yahoo messenger, skype & i dont know weather i hav da latest updated version of windows mobile 2003 software or not... it's like i need to know so much abt this cell phone.... thr manny things i dont get... like wht is TOm TOm i read abt it alot.. wht does it do n whr can i get it..??? any1 kind enough to help me out wit these thing will be a gr8 help... hope if any1 could help....

You can use agile messenger which is like trillian for pc. Its for all the messenging services.

Tom Tom is GPS for smartphone which is Global Positioning System basically shows where you are live on a map and where to turn etc just check out tom toms website officially.

Google has loads of applications, just type smartphone applications and you will get loads.

Skype hasnt been released on smartphone but people have got the ppc working on the smartphone, just run a search.

As for TomTom I do not think they cover India yet so it is not worth looking at.

As for software there are loads of places to buy from like modaco fairdeal for example (click on Software at the top of the page)

As for freeware there is the modaco downloads section or another good place is www.airfagev.com.
