This look sinteresting, I've read through all the posts on the link you sent - but I can't find any description of what this app actually does.

Please can you post a decription of it's functions / features??

Agree, linking to a post that you have to register before reading is not helpful. Before signing up to another site I would like to know what I am in for.

I presume this app just gives you another method of selecting the speakerphone option rather than just pressing and holding down the answer key.
