Dropped my SMT 5600 and now it's damaged... what are my options?

I won't go into details but I dropped my SMT 5600 from cingular onto concrete and it has some cosmetic damaged. The 1 button is smashed in but it still works. Unfortunatly the rocker\selector piece has been damaged and it sticks and doesn't work very well.

Cingular had no insurance for this phone and they wont take it back if its phsyicaly damaged.

What are my options? are there any repair/refurb companies that won't charge more than $50-$100? Or should I just go out and by a new phone?

Help! Thanks!

Welcome to the site :)

MoDaCo member fluffcat1 sells parts on ebay, so you may get a good deal there if you are prepared to take the phone apart yourself.

There are guides in the Typhoon section of the site.
