help whats wrong with my reminders?

ok I have a huge problem and no matter I do I cant seem to fix it

when i set a task reminder or calender appointment with reminder the alerts do not work correctly

the problem is if i set an alert for 9.30 at 9.30 it goes off not a problem you think -no quite right

what is the problem though no reminder is sounded or seen on my PC so if phone is on silent when working at pc i miss the reminder

the only time it sounds on both phone and PC at same time is when phone is docked to PC

but here is the crazy part if it sounds on phone at 9.30 and i dismiss it then when I get to my PC say at 11.30

there is no missed reminder on the PC surely there should be

I then dock the phone the phone syncs and up pops a reminder to tell me my 9.30 reminder is now 2 hours over due.

how can I get them to both go off at the same time independent of one another

pklease help this is really irritating me been doing it since 4.0 now on 4.2 beta
