Defualt orange screen

When the phone comes basically out of the box , I really like the Orange theme it has , Only a few things i want to change on that but i cant seem to find anything to edit ! I go to Storage/Application data/Home , But i dont see any xml or anything to edit ! ?? Is it me or am i not looking in the right place ? :)

Well i would like to change the statusbar at the top and move the the posistion of the time and date etc , also a few things from the sidebar like the orange stuff i dont want ? What can i do ?

I tried messing around with that removing some of the entiries as shown below

Ok so i have looked at this a bit more thouroughly , I gather the plugin im using is the Orange plugin , The sidebar , There are quite a few things i dont get about it , In the OrangeHomescreen.xml , i Dont see any code for the display of the Carrier or Time and date etc ? Help i really like the orange plugin and want to customise !

Well i decided to scrap the orangeplugin idea, and when with making my own with , HomeAnimBuilder

Its turned out well , Only a few things that are of an annoyance. The MMS and SMS highlight at the same time , They dont seem to be seprate plugin :) Any help i will post the code and the homescreen for anyone who would like it , its pretty cool. I made the image myself in photoshop. HomeAnimBuilder did the rest ,

I *think* that will work. I havn't tested it so you may have to fiddle with the height, x and y attributes :)

But . When i click MMS it just doesnt go straight to the folder just the menu where you can choose

"1 Text Mssages"

"2 Outlook E-Mail"

etc

and the same for SMS any way to point it to the folder ??

And also it has killed my MRU plugin :)

Hmm not sure why it's killed your MRU but going straight into MMS has its problems. You can either link RJShortcuts to a script... meaning that the number of new MMS's wont display on the screen or you can write your own plugin which is not exactly easy for most people, heck I don't know how to do that :)

Ok so i have scrapped the MMS idea lol , Um i have another question aswell which is bothereing me , The MBAnimPlug_SP4(2).CAB does not want to install on my phone again. I installed it once but decided to remove it , Now when i try puttin the cab on again i get the unsigned cab error even though my phone has been APP unlocked ? :)

Try resetting your phone and installing. Failing that connect your phone to active sync and on your PC try removing the programme from there.

Is there any other method of installation ( *.exe?)

I have tried removing it , but i am thinking it has put stuff in the Registry and maybe installed some .dlls ? Im not sure , Iv tried everything
