SPV C550 LCD Screen, HELP NEEDED!

I own an SPV C550, my screen has cracked. HTC say they will fix this for 80 pounds. I told myself that wasnt worth it. :) I now need a screen which i could get hold of not fitted for 46 pounds. Does anyone know how easy these are to fix or has anyone got a screen they would sell me? Could i do this repair myself. Please help me ;) Thanks guys

That price is OK considering there are no 'copy' parts available AFAIK. Make sure it has the correct part number before ordering i.e open your phone and confirm.

Instructions to open the phone are in the hurricane section - swopping an LCD is relatively easy.
