Slow subfolders in startmenu

Hi folks

I applied the FATFS CacheSize tweak to my Qtek 8310 phone which gave a dramatic speed increase to my menu. However as soon as I enter a subfolder, like "Games", "Accessories", etc., it takes about 1-2 seconds to access the folder, and up to 3-5 seconds to go to the parent folder again.

Is there any way to speed things up here? :)
