Guest jaylee512 Posted July 10, 2006 Report Posted July 10, 2006 Hi everyone, A new release of "Bluetooth RemoteControl for Windows Mobile" is available. With this software, you will be able to control remotely applications like Winamp, the Windows Mixer, the Windows Media Player, PowerPoint, MediaPlayer Classic, PowerDVD and others... This new version supports PocketPCs (QTEK 9100/SPV M3000), as well as SmartPhones (C500, C550, C600...), which means support for Windows Mobile 5, QVGA form factor and landscape mode. It also adds support for PowerDVD, MediaPlayer Classic and allows customization of key bindings. You will find the latest release here : http://btremote.selfip.net This release is still in beta phase but is stable enough to be usable. Any comments, bug reports or suggestions are always welcome ! Thanks, -- Jerome LABAN http://blogs.developpeur.org/jay http://btremote.selfip.net

Guest fluffcat1 Posted July 10, 2006 Report Posted July 10, 2006 please only create 1 topic. I think they did it as 2 versions are available )(sp/ppc)- and from previous experience of the 'sniper' posts the mods allow that... :) Richard

I'm sorry for the cross post, I tried to be as precise as possible. These are the only two I'll write. -- Jerome LABAN http://blogs.developpeur.org/jay/ http://btremote.selfip.net
Guest Laser_iCE Posted July 13, 2006 Report Posted July 13, 2006 Tech, I think it's pretty irregardless of who did what first, it all depends on reliability and the quality of the software, so if your's is better, then great, but otherwise, give the guy some credit :) As for the software itself, I can't wait to get a BT dongle so I can use this! It'll come greatly in handy for when my computer is acting as a Jukebox at party's, and that way I can sit down and have a few drinks while controlling the music in Winamp ;)
