Access to Line 2 Orange from Windows Mobile 5 Phone Dialer

Is it possible to access (and therefore make calls) on Orange Line 2 using iPAQs?

Im using a HP iPAQ rw 6828 with WM5 and it accepts calls on line 2 but I cannot select the second line to make calls?

Any info on methods or software appreciated! As I am thinking of writing a dialer program to add the functionality.
