Windows PC time zones missing

On my PC whenever I try to Sync my C600 its set to 6 hours after GMT. In the Date and Time setting there is only one Time Zone available, GMT +7 hours Bangkok,Hanoi,Jakarta ( I used to live in Thailand ).

Does anyone know how to refresh this so I have all the time zones available and can switch to GMT?

Its a real pain having to reset my phones clock every time I sync the phone...

Thanks Fraser, it was of help and i should have googled it myself. Getting another machine with Xp and exporting it ,cool. Just set the date zone on the phone to the same til I can get it sorted.

There is a reg file on that web page for you to download so you don't need to find another XP machine to do it.
