Guest spirit_SLASH Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 hi there,i'vee got an SPV E200 and here's a quick description of my problem:when someone tries to send me a file via bluetooth, and when the file is completely sent, i get on my SPV a msg, something like:"do you want to save this file?" and there are 2 options:yes,or no. so when i click on "yes",I search ALL my smartphone, and CAN'T find that file!!! why wouldn't have been saved, if i've clicked on "yes"?? why wasn't it received? plz help me!!! ;) :)
Guest BrAGoL Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 open your file manager and try to look for the file in \Storage\My Documents folder...
Guest peyo22 Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 hi ! I had the same problem with my Qtek 8310 and it was easy to fix it. Go into your phone Parameters, then Connexions, and Send and just check that the box is picked :) (sorry for my bad english...)
Guest spirit_SLASH Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 no,its not found ANYWHERE on my SPV (i've done a search using my file manager) and peyo22, there is no such thing on my spv E200 :S :S :) what the hell is wrong with my SPV ?
Guest BrAGoL Posted July 13, 2006 Report Posted July 13, 2006 mind to ask what's the size of the file you're receiving?
Guest Pondrew Posted July 13, 2006 Report Posted July 13, 2006 There's a known problem on the HTC Voyager (SPV E200) whereby it will not store received files over a certain size. I seem to recall a thread explaining a registry change that would resolve the problem. Will try and find it for you... here it is!
