RESTORING / REINSTALL FILES FOR XDA EXEC

I have a 02 exec model. Im having problems. a couple of my applications are not working properly. it sataes that ..Either it is not signed in with a trusted user or one of its components canot be found . you might need to reinstall or restore this file. Here are the files that states the same thing...02aui, camera, clear storage email setup, enroller hotspot, install type, midletmanager, pictures& videos, sim manager, task, voice speed, wireless manager, wireless modem, zip. I tried to do a hard reset on the device but it says the same thing. Please help
