Guest harrisonh1 Posted July 12, 2006 Report Posted July 12, 2006 After formatting my computer and installing activesync on the fresh OS, I try to connect my 2125 and get an error from activesync that reads: "Synchronization cannot be completed successfully. Reconnect your device and try again. If the problem persists, see the Microsoft ActiveSync Troubleshooter in Microsoft ActiveSync Help on your desktop computer." On my phone, I get the error "ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop. Support code: 0x85010014" I can't seem to do anything to get this to start working again. I cannot delete the partnership from activesync since the 2125 was never partnered with activesync on the install. Any ideas? Thanks.
