push email

hi

i jus installed new rom on sp5 with push email and i signed up with mail2web for push email, followed all instructions, but i dont get mails on mobile wen new email arrives in my inbox.

i have to manually sync to retrive mails from activesync. push email is enabled in phone too.

does anyone have idea wot could be wrong?

Have you turned Direct Push on, on the device?

If thats already on then check the schedule to make sure it's not set to Manual and the days and times are correct

If that all looks OK then check ActiveSync (on the device) for any sync error messages

peak/off-peak times set are set to 'as items arrive'

and direct push is on - letter icon is green.

Did you follow the whole instruction on how to setup the account for Microsoft Direct Push? Do you have these settings in Active Sync on your phone, under Configure Server? In server address put mobile.exchange.mail2web.com, then next screen your user name and domain ad2.

but still the phone dont sync when i get mail in inbox on mail2web a/c.

does it work over wi-fi aswell or just GPRS/WAP(dailup)?
