how to open up my O2Xphone II, i want self-repair

anyone here know how to open O2Xphone II, i take out the four screw but still can't take the cover out, my start button cannot function. Go to their repair centre, wait for two hours, and they told me need to wait for 3 to 5 days for repairing, and they will reset the system, wtf. i was thinking why not i self-repair, if cannot then let them do it, since my warranty is over already.

anyone know how to repair the button?

i got some important message, can i save to PC, then retransfer it back to my phone?
