Program to send SMS at specified time automatically?

I'm looking for a program that will automatically send a SMS to a certain person in my contact list everyday at a specified time. Does such a program exist?

yes there are two I know of one free called sms schedule the second is john cody alerts its an alarms program and one of the options is to send an sms at specified time
