hi

i think the title says it all.

i keep reading about software and downloading things which say i need it ut i have no clue what it is,how it works, where i can get it etc? have searched these forums and the internet but not found anything that explains simply what it is etc

any help appreciated.

Well really its kinda like a plugin, people design programs for smartphone and they either use Net CF 1.1 or Net CF 2.0 to write the program. Well when they use Net CF 2.0 then you need Net CF 2.0 to use the program but when they use Net CF 1.1 then you dont need to download it as its default on the device!

its only on the device as standard on WM2003SE and WM5 phones (.NET CF 1.1)
