I have read the discussion:

http://tinyurl.com/k35r2

from which the conclusion comes: it is NOT WORTH flashing the new ROM! It seems to be buggy!

So, if someone is not desperate on 'direct push technology' (many do not need it at all) or AD2P (stereo bluetooth)

then he/she should not update ROM since the new one will bring more worries than advantages! And these worries are more substantial than pluses...

Firstly, as we read the discussion, the new ROM slows down everything!

And the most annoying and not acceptable in any way is the lag in phone's reaction to fast multipressing of keys. Quote: "If I hit the back button real quick, it will start to delete EVERYTHING I just typed unless I stop it."

Other big minuses are: quicker battery drain, some apps refuse to install, bigger overall slowness...

whats more it is impossible to return to the previous ROM version, even if you have the right binary.

The discussion in question in fact refers mainly to the Cingular 2125 update on HTCs.

So it would be nice to hear now that flashing iMate on SPVc600 was totally different thing!! :)

Please, write what do you think!
