I use Call SMS Blocker from WinMobileApps.com and it works great. You can block callers with no Caller ID, block all incoming calls, block calls from selected numbers or even set it to block calls from anyone who isn't in your contact list. You'd have to check regarding WM5 compatibility though as I have an M500 which runs 2003SE.
