problem after install tomtom mobile

after i install tomtom mobile, now i can't open my profile setting and bluetooth setting, tomtom mobile worked find for a few times, it truns on bluetooth, and trun it off after i exit it. but now i can't change my profile, it says 'the setting can't not open' or somthing, i tried reset the phone a few times, and i took out the sd card that have tomtom iin it, bu still don't work, anyone had this problem before?? what should i do? hard reset the phone??
