Timeout Issue With Smartphone

I've cold booted my phone for the 3rd time after it's being buggy again (SPV c550) and now I am having a problem with every program I use (system error I guess). I will have, for example, my camera running and if no buttons are pressed within 15 seconds it times out and returns me to the homescreen.

I have the same problem with all programs I use... could anybody help shine some light on how I can edit this, is there a registry entry to fix this, thank you all! :)

You can change the homescreen timeout in Settings-Homescreen :)
