SMS tool for callback service?

I hope somebody can help me to find a utility. I'm sure I've seen it somewhere, but now I cannot find it.

The utility should send an SMS to my callback provider to initiate a call. Basically, when I select a contact and the context menu opens, there should be an additional item like "initiate call via callback". When selected, the utility sends an SMS message to my callback provider, who initiates a call to my phone and when I answer initiates automatically the call to my selected contact.

Of course this utility requires configuration: the SMS address of the callback provider and the format to use to send the SMS to initiate callback.

anybody see anything like this?
