Guest travisb Posted July 21, 2006 Report Posted July 21, 2006 My calendar visible notifications have suddenly stopped appearing. If the backlight is off, it comes back on, but I get no visible notification of the appointment. I have Pocket Breeze installed, but it was working fine up to a day or so ago. Not changed any settings that could have caused it. I also sync to 2 pc's, one at work and my own laptop. Both use Outlook 2003. Any ideas people?
Guest yoos Posted July 22, 2006 Report Posted July 22, 2006 see if this helps... go to your clock settings and change your time by one minute....
Guest travisb Posted July 22, 2006 Report Posted July 22, 2006 Sorry Yoos, no difference. Backlight comes on, no notification.
Guest chucky.egg Posted July 22, 2006 Report Posted July 22, 2006 I had an issue where no notifications were made at all (sound, vibration, pop-up) even though all three were selected. I suspect some combination of apps, but failing that the most likely cause I can think of is some sort of calendar corruption. Hard Reset was the only solution I found
Guest travisb Posted July 23, 2006 Report Posted July 23, 2006 I reinstalled a spb backup exe I had from before it started happening. Suddenly got a shed load of visible notifications. As soon as I ActiveSynced again (at work) the notifications stopped, which suggests an Outlook or ActiveSync problem. Weird.
