Recordings (mp3 etc) as SMS tone on C500

hi all,

I have copied my sound recording (made from the C500) to the directory on the phone "\storage\application data\sounds", and I've rebooted the phone but I can't see the sound clip to select it as a SMS tone anywhere, can you help please?

MP3 can NOT be selected as sms ring tones Iam affraid you will have to encode it to a wav file I think audacity will do this for you
