Active sync issues please help

Please help,

I always use my active synce but recently my computer crashed and when i got it back on active synce doesnt work.

wjen i plug my spvc600 in it just comes up connecting but never ever connects.

Any ideas how i could reslove this please.

Try removing active sync then re-installing it for a start

thanks for reply, i have done and no joy, i even tried the updated active sync.

Try removing the pin access on your device - in case the access number has got corrupted on the pc.

Otherwise try deleting the partnership and then re-associating the device.

Sounds more like a firewall issue. Try disabling it and see if the phone connects.
