MMS on wizard

I'm at a loss as to what we're doing wrong but here's my problem. I have an O2 Mini S which naturally is preconfigred with all the correct O2 settings for MMS, etc.

A friend of mine just bought a Qtek 9100 & is also on O2 so we just copied all the settings from my phone into his.

Everything is working as it should except that when he recieves a picture message it is tiny, about the size of a mini sd card. We asked the sender to resend it to my phone & its full screen size. The original picture is 78k size & thats what is is in my phone but in his its just 6k.

Are there any other settings or registry tweak that needs to be done. we've compared everything on both phones & they are identical

p.s. just found out the exact same thing happens on my Qtek 8500, that pictures recieved are tiny & not original size.

it would seam to me that if it is happinging on two difernt phones that it would be the carrier doing the rezinging. i do now that when i send an MMS from my 8125 that it cant be more than 1024 x 768 or the carrier wont allow it threw (or the phone im sending it to cant hanndle the size i forget :) ). but what ever size i send it it arravies on the other end just fine. try sending a movie and see if it shrinks it.
