xda IQ Voadfone V1240 Qtek 8310 Vodofone settings

Hello, please please please can someone help as i have spend many hours trying to resolve this.

I am looking for the Vodafone MMS & GPRS settings for either xda IQ, Voadfone V1240, Qtek 8310. I guess these smartphones are basically the same, just differant brands.

Please can anyone let me know a step by step setup of what the UK vodaphone settings are so i can get on the web and send pic messages.
