help! - wizard won't start up!

Hi Everyone,

Have been having a couple of problems with my wizard recently, I've found that it's been restarting randomly (read from forums that this isnt unusual!) but in the last week it has restarted, but stalled on the splash screen. I turn it on and get to the first screen (the one with the rom details and that horrid grey tmobile dotty picture) and it stays on the this screen for the usual amount of time, but then the 'wait' icon appears (spinny icon). It moves around 90 degrees and then stops.

I've pulling the battery out and turning it back on again - same again.

I've tried pressing the small button in the side - restarts, but same again.

Have tried these who knows how many times but I cant get it to start up.

I've not installed anything new on it recently and or changed any settings.

ROM details are 1.6.2.4 (taken from TMob site)

Hope someone can help,

I'm lost without the phone! :)

Dont have that problem with my Orange M3000 but if you have tryed removing the battery and a soft reset then a hard reset will sort it out , make a backup of your application and games so after the hard reset you wont have to reinstall them again :)
