tv remote application

hi i own a mpx220 and on www.download.com i downloaded a software called " Vito Remote ." its suppose to let you comtrol your tv from your smartphone but when i installed it on my phone it said unable to install .cab file. and i was wonreding if theres any other software like this or what am i doing wrong?

The app is for Pocket PCs only i'm afraid :)

There is currently no working TV remote app for Smartphones. Another member (Tech) said he was developing one, which generated loads of new posts about it, but it never came to anything.

Have a search and you'll find loads of other people that want it, but no app available
